Step two for reservations at Ocean's Edge

Step three to secure your booking

Within 24-48 hours, our reservation office will confirm your specific reservation date request via email and/or telephone.

You now have a "7 day hold" on your requested dates; We must receive your reservation deposit of 25% of amount due within 7 days to secure your requested reservation date.

We accept personal checks, wire transfers. Credit cards accepted through PayPal.

Paypal transaction fee of 2.92% (domestic); 3.92% (international) will be assessed to the guest.

  Step four, final payment The remaining 75% of the amount due needs to be received 45 days prior to your island arrival.  Holiday Rentals:  Balance due 60 days prior to island arrival. Once all funds are received, we will send you detailed check-in instructions, a map to the complex, and an info packet on suggested activities while on island.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booking at any time may result in forfeiture of total money paid.
Refunds for the property rental will only be made under the following circumstances:

  1. The property is unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute can be found; or
  2. The property is rebooked for the period of the booking.  If a portion of the rental time is rebooked then a pro-rated refund will be made.  Any refund given will be subject to a 15% service fee assessed against the total rental rate.

Trip insurance through Travel Insured Intl (800-243-3174, reference Acct 46952) is recommended.
