25% due 7 days after reservation is placed, balance due 45 days prior to island arrival.

Holiday Rentals: Balance due 60 days prior to island arrival.

Wire Transfer transactions are subject to a $20 fee.

Credit Card transactions are subject to a fee of 3% (domestic) and 4% (international).

> Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booking at any time may result in forfeiture of total money paid.

Refunds for the property rental will only be made under the following circumstances:

1. The property is unfit for habitation, and no equivalent substitute can be found by St. Martin Beach Rentals, LLC; or

2. The property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked then a pro-rated refund will be made.

Any refund given will be subject to a 15% service fee assessed against the total rental rate.

Trip insurance is recommended and available at additional cost.
